1). If you purchase CurlMix products at the same time as you purchase CurlMix Fresh, please know that all of your items will ship on the date on which your CurlMix Fresh will ship.

2). Deliveries may be sent to front desks, mailrooms, package lockers, and neighbors, or stored at your local post office, or shipping provider office. Use your tracking number to reach out to your shipping provider directly.

3). Lost or stolen packages. Please use your tracking information to reach out to your shipping provider directly to locate your package or open a case. If you have a case number please Contact Us for further assistance.
