Do you have a warranty for hair tools and/or merch products?

Yes, they are! But we always suggest speaking to your licensed stylist and/or colorist and conducting a patch test just to be sure. We do not currently recommend DIY hair color.
Should I rinse out my Conditioner (Step 2)?
