Once an order has shipped, it is considered a final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. 

This policy helps ensure the safety and quality of all CurlMix products, as personal care items cannot be resold after leaving our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within seven (7) days of delivery, and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

We also offer rewards points and/or store credit. That way you can try something else from our collection, get to keep what you purchased, and help save the planet all at the same time. Plus, no more frustrating trips to the post office.
